Replay of FERMA webinar “How to Assess you Risks & Opportunities related to Remote Work?”

Following the success of our webinar on “The Future of Work” in March 2021, FERMA started this year’s webinar series with the second part of this topic: the webinar “How to Assess you Risks & Opportunities related to Remote Work?”, held on 26th January 2022.

The objective of this webinar was to present a “Simplified Risk Mapping Tool for Remote Work”, designed to help organisations assess their risks and opportunities related to remote work.

Watch the webinar replay:

By sharing their experience and expertise, four risk managers, who were involved in the development of the tool, have illustrated how this one can be a useful asset to your organisation.

The webinar also featured a guest speaker from the European Commission: Andrea Glorioso works at the Directorate-General for Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion of the European Commission on the future of work and digitalisation policies, focusing in particular on remote/hybrid work, the “right to disconnect”, and youth employment.

At a webinar, the Federation of European Risk Management Associations (FERMA) unveiled its latest practical tool – a simplified guide to risk mapping for remote working.

The tool is a simple questionnaire, developed by a group of leading risk managers from major companies in Belgium, France, Italy and Sweden, that organisations of any size can use. It sets out a template of risks and opportunities linked to remote working divided into seven important categories: strategic, financial, security and safety, operational, regulatory and compliance and technological.
