What is the Next Gen European Risk Council?

The Next Gen European Risk Council is a FERMA initiative bringing together young risk professionals from across Europe to explore the future of the risk management profession. Composed of members representing national risk management associations from across the continent, the Council serves as a dynamic platform for the next generation of European risk leaders to collaborate, exchange ideas, and tackle forward-looking risk themes.

Through a combination of in-person meetings, regular online sessions, and joint research, the Council aims to give a voice to young professionals in the European risk community and produce tangible outcomes that contribute to the broader European risk management conversation.
