rimap® Advanced Workshop 2025: ERM, Sustainability, and Supply Chain

In today’s evolving economy, integrating sustainability into supply chains is essential for effective risk management, business continuity, and resilience. With increasing regulatory pressure and customer demand for sustainable solutions, companies must rethink their risk strategies.

The 2025 advanced rimap® workshop offers a virtual, interactive learning experience, featuring a Harvard case study on sustainability in supply chains. Participants will analyse, debate, and present their insights to a simulated Board of Directors, refining their strategic risk management and communication skills for impactful C-suite discussions.

 

Who can participate?
This advanced workshop is open to rimap® alumni and risk professionals with a minimum of three years of professional experience. To foster meaningful exchanges among professionals from diverse sectors, participation is limited to 20 individuals. Of these, 15 places are reserved exclusively for holders of the rimap® certification.

 

Format: 

  • Short and intensive, practical and interactive
    • Part 1: Introduction & case study preparatory, 10 March 2025 from 11:00 to 13:00
    • Part 2: Group work, from 10 March – 04 April 2025
    • Part 3: Group presentation and Closing session, 07 April 2025 (each presentation of 30 minutes)

Learning outcomes: 

  • Identifying the risk in the value chain, in terms of ERM strategies.
  • Determine strategies to address these risks.
  • Ensure business continuity in value supply chain.
  • Re-balancing sustainability in the value chain.
  • Review risk management practices at operational, tactical and strategic level in the organisation to enhance its long-term resilience.
  • Communicate ways to improve the ERM program and/or avoid/limit future sustainability and supply chain risks and be prepared for unpredicted or under-estimated events.
  • Formulate and communicate these strategies to a board.

  • 10 CPD points.

 

Important Remarks: 

  • Registrations close on 07 March 2025.
  • Audience is limited to a maximum of 20 seats:
    • allocated on a first-come, first-served, although a waiting list is possible.

 

How to register? 

The advanced workshop is subject to a fee of 300€ for members of FERMA National Association and 450€ for other risk professionals. Please note that 15 places are reserved exclusively for holders of the rimap® certification.
