Empowering the next generation of European risk leaders.
National Associations are invited to submit candidates for the 2026/2027 edition of the FERMA/Lloyd’s Academy for Risk Managers, a FERMA rimap® licenced programme that grants CPD points to participants.
Since its creation in 2012, the Academy has welcomed more than 140 risk managers from 22 countries, offering participants valuable insights into the London insurance market and contributing to their professional development.
Applications and Selection
FERMA will select participants from applications submitted by National Associations in January 2026. Each association may nominate a maximum of two candidates (one per company). Priority will be given to rimap® certified risk managers.
Selection criteria:
- Maximum of 25 participants, representing at least 5 nationalities
- Minimum of three to five years’ experience in a risk management role
- Active employment as a Risk & Insurance Manager or in a Risk Management department of a FERMA member association at the time of the first session
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Membership in a FERMA national association
How to apply:
Applications must include a CV and a motivation letter, submitted through the candidate’s FERMA member association. Deadline to apply: Sunday 21 December 2025.
