rimap® Advanced Workshop 2025: ERM, Sustainability, Innovation and the Circular Supply Chain.

Innovating for Impact: Risk Management in the Age of Reuse and Regulation

In today’s rapidly shifting regulatory and environmental landscape, the integration of sustainability into the supply chain has become essential for long-term resilience and value creation. The 2025 edition of the rimap® Advanced Workshop will explore the intersection of enterprise risk management (ERM), sustainability, innovation and circular economy principles, using the real-world case of Vytal — a reusable packaging start-up navigating regulatory pressure, scale-up challenges, and behavioural shifts.

This advanced rimap® workshop is a virtual, interactive learning experience designed to refine your strategic risk management skills and knowledge. It also strengthens your ability to communicate risk and insurance topics with top management and Boards.

Participants will work in international, multisector teams to analyse the Vytal case study, culminating in group presentations to a simulated Board of Directors. Throughout the journey, we’ll address how to embed sustainability and ERM into business models, with an emphasis on risk communication, stakeholder engagement, and performance measurement.
